“I trained at home with Ben and absolutely loved it! He was able to tailor an exercise program to my needs, using all the equipment in my condo gym. We did mixed routines, body weight training, machines and high intensity interval training. I'm very happy to have met him after trying out a few fitness studios and gyms.
I would always recommend Ben because he is very engaging and accommodating. We had been training 3 mornings a week. If i needed to cancel, he would fit my session in on Saturday or Sunday instead. I found that to be extremely helpful when staying committed. 10/10”A Bala

“Having Ben come to my home for training sessions has really helped get my fitness back on track. I learned a lot of knowledge that i can put to use at the gym by myself. He designed a very unique program that helped me build muscle and lose weight. I saw significant differences in my physique after a couple of months. I built self-confidence and eventually felt more ready before every workout. My energy levels have increased and going to the gym by myself has become a lot easier. Ben makes training fun and interesting. He always seems to find new routines and exercises to keep me working hard and stop me from getting bored. You become forgetful of how hard you're working when completing his challenges! He'll offer encouragement when completing your final reps and make sure you complete the tasks. The service of coming to your home and training online is highly convenient, as I never know when my schedule is going to change. I would thoroughly recommend Ben if you want to stay motivated, build strength, and feel healthy overall. He'll hold you accountable and keep you consistent.

I trained with Ben at Anywhere Fitness for more than a year and it was awesome! Always funny and enjoyable to be around! As someone who grew up playing sports, I needed a kickstart in the right direction again and felt motivated from Day 1. His approach is friendly, supportive and he holds you accountable for doing his programs on the days between training. He is very responsive when you have any questions or need assistance.

Myself and my fiancée have been seeing Ben for personal training sessions. So far the experience has been far beyond our expectations. For a couple that work long and opposite hours, we needed motivation and somebody to help us get back on track. Using light to minimal equipment at home, he designs programs that are very easy to follow between training sessions. The sessions alone are great. Ben keeps you moving and makes you feel like you've worked every muscle in your body the next morning. We are able to apply everything we learn in training to our workout programme. The service has been very consistent and I'd highly recommend it.

“I started working with Ben in March 2021 after doing a quick search for online personal training (due to lockdown) in Dublin. After his quick response to my inquiry, we had a brief phone call where we discussed my fitness goals, schedule, diet, history, etc. At this point in time, I was not at all in a regiment fitness routine (even though I had been some years back), and we set a collective goal for me to lose fat, and build muscle + strength.
We started working out together 2x/week, and on the off days, Ben sent me daily workout routines to follow. He gave excellent guidance on form, diet, cost-friendly equipment to buy for home, and was always on time, professional and communicative. While the workouts were intense, they were extremely effective, and built upon each other week after week, and month after month. No workout was the same, and Ben was always available to answer my questions about form, excercises, and any other questions.
Nearly 9 months later, I'm proud to say that Ben has not only helped me smash the goals we set in March, but he has also helped me re-establish my foundations in fitness into my daily routine with the right commitment. This was THE best way I could have spent this year's lockdown, and an excellent investment for life!

Ben is an excellent personal trainer and very personable. He is committed to coming to my own place for fitness sessions. His plans are individualised and he has done a great job of shaping my body from his knowledge of aesthetics. Personally I had a hard time figuring out the right way to train before i met Ben. I tried various strength training programs myself where i found it hard to see results. Since then, I have kept on track and not neglected my fitness despite my busy schedule. The knowledge I have gained from him now gives me tools to design my own programs on a weekly basis and i see the difference.
I was particularly impressed by his communication and how we monitored progress together on the days I didn't train. When I first reached out, he contacted me in a matter minutes and it has been the same ever since. He contacts me to make sure all the workouts are also completed online.
