The initial introduction allows us to understand where you’re coming from in terms of your fitness goals. It’s a chance for you to tell us about your health background, experiences, and what you would like to see change. Whether it’s related to your fitness, lifestyle or nutrition. The more we understand each other, the better the relationship. The consultation gives us an insight on how to tailor your specific fitness program and test your general fitness levels in key areas.

I communicate with you frequently inside and outside of training sessions. This is to hold you accountable, keep you encouraged, and make sure you consistently understand the detail of your fitness program.
