With over 12 years experience in the health & fitness industry, combining both academic and practical education, Eoin has been able to use his valuable knowledge, applying it to roles as a gym instructor, personal trainer, nutritionist and health coach. Eoin has been fortunate enough to travel on numerous occasions with career opportunities, visiting Australia & The Middle East along the way. Through working with clients from diverse cultures & backgrounds, he believes it’s had a massive impact on developing him as a fitness professional and a person.
Like many in the industry, Eoin’s relationship with fitness was built around his love for team sport, particularly soccer. His passion for a career in health and fitness was inspired from his desire to maximise the sports performance of various types of athletes, along with helping beginners find their first footsteps in fitness.
Eoin considers himself a highly skilled exercise professional with ability to create and implement successful exercise programs for populations ranging from elite athlete to sedentary individual. Through continued education, he’s developed an in depth knowledge of recent exercise and nutrition science to enhance performance. He has a great understanding of dietary plans for all populations.
HIS BELIEFS AS A FITNESS SPECIALIST
Eoin is a firm believer that when it comes to exercise & nutrition ‘one size definitely doesn’t fit all’. Whether it’s rep range, recovery periods, intermittent fasting or training intensity, each client will have a specific formula that works for them. It’s about patiently finding that particular method. According to Eoin, trust plays an integral role in building relationships with clients and getting them to buy into any fitness or nutrition methodologies.
